The role: 

As Head of E-commerce at Xlash Cosmetics you will be involved in a fast paced and exciting environment, where you will be working closely with our CCO, Marketing department, IT, and other departments responsible for B2B sales. 

In this role, your main responsibilities will include increasing the profitability of our D2C channels (own E-commerce and marketplaces) and hit revenue growth targets meanwhile providing our customers with an extraordinary experience.

You will be responsible for budget, employees, and results, and will play an important role in taking XLASH to the next level. To be successful in this role, you will have an enthusiastic, proactive and data driven approach.

  Responsibilities and duties:

  • Drive Xlash international expansion D2C 
  • Manage and motivate a team of 5+ employees  
  • Collaborate with Sales, Influencer Marketing, Campaign, Brand, It, and Operations.
  • Drive sales and profitability through E-commerce and D2C on a global scale which includes:
    • CRM & Marketing Automation
    • Conversion rate optimization, including prioritize and conduct rapid A/B testing
    • Site, UX & Copy
    • Performance Marketing
    • Analysis and Insights 
  • Marketplaces 

Your background:

This is a senior role that requires a profound knowledge of E-commerce and digital customer experience. In addition, you will need to be an inspiring leader with the ability to guide a team through an intensive growth journey.    

The successful applicant will have an academic background, preferably within tech or commerce/trade, as well as experience from working with E-commerce and commercial customer-oriented businesses online.

It will be essential for you to be proficient in conversion optimization and the science behind lowering purchase thresholds and create customer loyalty. You will need a well-rounded knowledge about retail and an understanding of visual merchandising as well as additional sales. Furthermore, we would like to see that you have a strong interest in growth methodologies, digital trends, and platforms, in addition to a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.

Your profile: 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience 
  • Proven track record of online sales
  • Growth and result-driven
  • Previous work in Centra is a plus 
  • God analytical ability and a great understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Tag Manager
  • Thrive in a fast scale-up environment 
  • Experience in leading a team focused on sales 
  • Highly professional with a strong integrity
  • Inspirational leader with a can-do attitude  
  • Interest in beauty, lifestyle and consumer products

The position is full-time and starts with a six-month probationary period.
