Hi–we’re Xlash! A next generation beauty brand born out of a love for lashes, eye-care and beyond. We do things a bit differently here—beat to our own drum, just like you.

XLASH is growing and we’re looking for the right creative mind to step in as Graphic Designer to support our creative team. This person will be responsible for designing material for E-commerce, Business to Business, Performance Marketing, and working with the Brand Marketing team on a variety of graphic projects. You will work with a team of dynamic creatives to usher in a new era for Xlash. Naturally, this position will be an important part of the Brand Marketing team.

About You
To succeed in this role we think you are a seasoned designer with at least 3 years of experience. You have experience with Adobe Suite and Figma and has previously worked at fast moving companies and thrive in environments where you have a lot of ownership. This position is well suited for a positive team player with a high ceiling–a natural problem solver, who sees possibilities rather than obstacles. You can handle multiple projects at once and are comfortable working independently and as part of a team with a high level of integrity and empathy.

The position is a temporary cover that extends from September 2022 to March 2023. There is a possibility of extension.
